Prior to entering the profession he worked in Land Use design and development. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University and has worked locally for Planning and Engineering firms for over 12 years. This includes designing some of the more prestigious Subdivision developments in San Miguel, Ouray, Delta, and Montrose counties. He thoroughly loves his work, but his family is the first priority. He endeavors to lead a life of service and that has included coaching his girls in Middle School soccer, driving the Ouray Ambulance, and sitting on the Ouray City Council. His approach to Real Estate is service oriented (he is not a salesman!) and he will work to serve you and find the right solution to your specific needs.
